Last season’s bachelor said he agreed with Galavis’ decision to not rush his romance with a proposal, but didn’t agree with other choices he made on the show
Sean Lowe offered a bit of advice to Juan Pablo Galavis — from one "Bachelor" to another.
After the awkward conclusion to Galavis' tenure on the long-running romance reality series, and the subsequent fallout for the Venezuelan soccer star's decisions, season 17 winner Lowe, 29, took to Twitter with his reaction.

"My take on last night: I commend JP on not proposing if he isn't ready," Lowe wrote. "And he certainly shouldn't feel pressured to say 'I love you.'"
Galavis, 32, didn't feel it was right on Monday night's finale.

"But I don't feel there's a need to propose to somebody if I don't feel 100%," he told People magazine. "I didn't know Nikki. I want to know more, a lot more."
"It's our start now," he said. "We can get to know each other fully. We're not in a rush."

It was also reported that Galavis "was angry" with the show's producers, because they "gave him no privacy" and wanted to know what he was doing "all the time."

Lowe, who recently married his "Bachelor" bride Catherine Giudici in a televised special, didn't agree that it was a smart move.
"As the Bachelor, you can't say I want to keep my feelings private," Lowe wrote on Twitter.

"You owe it to the fans and network to open up. That's the job."
Lowe and Giudice were in the audience during the post-show special, and echoed the same sentiment.
“I don’t want to burst your bubble but it’s not private after the show,” Lowe said.
“I wouldn’t know what to do if I was Nikki,” Giudici said. “I’m glad that they’re happy… but don’t slap the hand that fed you.”
Addressing a fan's remark that "not everyone is cut out for the public attention" on Twitter Wednesday, Lowe responded saying "then don't be the Bachelor."
