A breaking and developing news announcement, all-in-one. Today Show anchor, Savannah Guthrie says she and fiancée, Mike Feldman, were married this weekend. During their candlelit reception, the NBC news "Special Report" music played. That's when Guthrie and Feldman say they felt like they had to break some news. The couple says they are four months pregnant. Their guests screamed and jumped to their feet. The baby is due in late summer.
Social media users have mixed reactions to another new announcement. Courtney Love Cobain posted a status on Facebook stating she thinks she has found the missing Malaysian Flight. Her status read, in part, "I'm no expert but up close this does look like a plane and an oil slick. Prayers go out to the families." A picture was also posted. No word on whether or not her findings will be looked in to.
Two news anchors in California have more than just their usual morning audience watching them. The two were on set when a 4.4 magnitude earthquake shook the studio Monday morning. They jumped and took cover under the anchor desk while they were live on air. Some debris fell from the ceiling but, thankfully no one was hurt.
